Description
GenColoring.ai is a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing how people interact with line art and coloring. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Operations Specialist or Manager to join our team and help scale our product, user base, and brand. Location: Remote / Flexible (Preference for candidates in Asia time zones) Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across product, marketing, and community; Plan and execute online campaigns to boost user growth and engagement; Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to enhance user experience; Monitor user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement; Manage and grow online communities and creator partnerships; Support internal project management workflows and timelines. Qualifications: 2+ years in operations, product, or community management (startup or tech experience preferred); Strong communication and organizational skills; Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail; Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.; Bonus: Experience working with AI, creative tools, or global user communities.
