Description

As our BDE, you will be the voice of CloudData Technologies. You will counsel aspiring students on their career paths and build relationships with corporate HR teams to help our students land their dream roles. 1. Student Enrollment & Counseling (The "Learner Path") Consultative Admissions: Guide non-IT and IT professionals through their career pivot journey. Help them understand why Salesforce, Data Cloud, and AI are the "skills of 2026." Query Management: Handle inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins at our T-Nagar office with a helpful, expert-first mindset. Demo Follow-ups: Conduct post-demo sessions to address student concerns, explain the 2026-ready curriculum, and finalize enrollments. 2. Corporate Partnerships & Placements (The "Industry Path") Corporate Outreach: Build and manage relationships with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition Leads at Chennai-based IT companies (OMR, DLF, Siruseri). Placement Pipeline: Organize and maintain a database of hiring partners. Coordinate interviews for our certified students. Market Intelligence: Attend tech meetups and industry events to keep us updated on the latest hiring trends, ensuring our course modules stay ahead of the competition.
