No they won’t be able to see your Highlights either. When you block someone from viewing your Instagram Story, that restriction extends to any Highlights created from those Stories. Instagram treats Highlights as an extension of your Story archive, so if someone is blocked or hidden from your Story, they’re also blocked from seeing those Highlights—even if you add them later.

Important Notes:

• If you unblock or unhide them later, they’ll regain access to your Highlights unless you reapply restrictions.

• These settings update instantly, so any changes you make will reflect in real time.
