Many students believe they need coding skills to enter IT. This idea is not true anymore. Today, many non-tech students build successful careers as a Scrum Master. They focus on communication, teamwork, and process management instead of coding. A Managing Director once said, "I prefer someone who can manage people over someone who only writes code."
