Surya Bhedana Pranayama procedure focuses on inhaling through the right nostril to stimulate the solar energy channel, known as Pingala Nadi. To practice, sit in a comfortable meditative posture with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Using Vishnu Mudra, gently close the left nostril and inhale slowly through the right nostril.
