KLH Bachupally campus, a constituent of KL University, holding 45+ years of prestige, buzzed with great energy and excitement as the 4th Edition of the DTI Project Expo opened doors to an innovation event. At this event, imagination took shape ideas for purpose, and students stepped into the role of problem-solvers.

Organized by the Design Thinking for Innovators (DTI) Team, FED, the expo turned the campus into an arena where creativity ran naturally. The project team stepped ahead one by one to display their prototypes and also share the stories behind them. All the stories were filled with empathy, curiosity, and one common desire, to solve real-world challenges.

Dr. Srinivasa Rao N, Scientist at INCOIS, and Mrs. T. Usha Rani, Lead Data Scientist at Genpact also graced the event. As evaluators and expert speakers, they walked through the exhibits, offering insights that blended industry expertise with encouragement.

Students had a spark in their eyes when they explained their projects to the guests. Their enthusiasm filled the hall. They spoke about innovations that ranged across many domains, such as:

  • Agriculture fields where smarter solutions could transform farming
  • Cybersecurity concepts designed to make the digital world safer
  • Smart automation systems shaping the future of convenience
  • Robotics and drones pushing boundaries of possibility
  • Ideas for rural development and tourism aimed at uplifting communities

By the time the expo concluded, it was evident that it was not just an event but a celebration and discovery that students from one of the best universities in India participated in with immense zeal. A day where students proved that with empathy, creativity, and a willingness to think differently, even the simplest idea can spark meaningful change.
