We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of sales experience, excellent English communication skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and confidence in handling outbound calls. The Sales Associate will conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promote products and services, build and maintain customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and objections, meet daily and monthly sales targets, and maintain accurate customer records and call documentation. Candidates should be goal-oriented, competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
