We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Claims Associate to join our team. Candidates with an RPM or healthcare background are preferred, and nurses and allied health graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, strong written and verbal English communication skills, and good analytical skills. Responsibilities include processing and managing medical insurance claims, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, supporting Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, maintaining accurate billing records and documentation, and coordinating with healthcare teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
