doc2exam is a building block for rockstart.ai, which adheres to the neoducation.org manifest. this is a long game, but I'm starting small and building up

an LLM-based pipeline is used with RAG to generate the questions also, another pipeline is used to automatically score exam sessions, and handle over any certificates.
the simplest way to use it is to just upload docs, and the rest is carried out automatically. after the exam is generated, you can edit evertthing about it and start sending it to your students - you only need to know their email, and their account is automatically created. what's cooler, they'll only have to click a link from the email they receive, them press "Start" to actually take the test -- that's right, they're not required to even set a password and all (that can be done later if needed). once they took the exam (or the timer expired), scoring is done automatically and you can view the entire process (whether as a professor or a student who creates their own exams for prepping)
