Chipiron is a French deep-tech company making breast MRI accessible. MRI offers the highest sensitivity and true 3D soft-tissue contrast for breast cancer detection, but it remains the least accessible modality due to high capex, heavy infrastructure, and limited availability outside major hospitals.

To address this gap, Chipiron is building a breast-dedicated MRI system using ultra low magnetic fields (< 30 mT), which is much lower than conventional MRI. On top of the hardware stack, Chipiron leverages AI post-processing to optimize image quality and throughput. This product is designed to be lightweight, infrastructure-free, and far lower cost, enabling deployment in independent imaging centers, breast clinics, and regional practices that do not have MRI today.
