Getting a real estate licence in Ontario is a serious commitment. The Humber College program covers four courses plus two simulation exams, each requiring a passing score before you can move on. We built ExamAce because the existing study tools were expensive, time-limited, and built on technology that felt a decade behind.

Every question in ExamAce goes through seven rounds of quality assurance before it reaches a student. We review for accuracy against current TRESA legislation, RECO guidelines, and Humber course materials, then we review again. No shortcuts.

We cover the full path: from the REAT admission test (free, no credit card required) through all four salesperson courses, both simulation exams, the broker program, and 14 continuing education courses for licensed agents.
