Lake District Bass Academy is a modern bass education hub based in the heart of Cumbria, offering professional tuition for players of all levels. Founded by UK session bassist Dan Ezard, the academy provides expert guidance in technique, groove, musicality, sight-reading, gear knowledge, and real-world performance skills.

Lessons are available both in-person across Windermere, Ambleside, Kendal, and the surrounding areas, as well as online for students across the UK and beyond. Sessions are tailored to each player’s goals — from complete beginners to working musicians looking to refine their craft.
