Since 1998, we have been a trusted name in circular knitting machine in Ludhiana, starting with our hosiery factory specializing in collar fabrics and gradually expanding into essential textiles. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, we have become true authorities in knitting solutions.

In 2000, our journey took a significant step forward with the establishment of Knit n Sew Enterprises, a family-run partnership dedicated to innovation and quality. A major milestone came in 2004 when we became the All-India dealer for Golden Roc, Asia’s leading manufacturer of precision knitting needles and components. That same year, we introduced India’s first computerized flat knitting machines, along with circular models and spare parts, transforming the knitting landscape.

By 2006, we launched our own CLONIT brand, offering reliable machines and sinkers to empower knitters nationwide. Since 2014, operating as Gagan Knit Fab, we have specialized in importing premium knitting machines, needles, and parts—earning trust across Ludhiana, Surat, Delhi, and Mumbai.
