Description

Low Tide Calm is a free, offline-first nervous system app for anyone whose head feels too loud: chronically anxious minds, burnt-out professionals, ADHD and autistic brains, and anyone stuck in a stress loop they cannot think their way out of.

What's inside:

- Breathe: guided breathwork including Buteyko, box, physiological sigh, and extended exhale

- Regulate: grounding hints, sensory menu, crisis protocol, and timer-led resets

- Menu: customizable dopamine and activity menus for low-capacity days

- Check-In: low-friction mood and energy tracking, no streaks, no shame
- Journal: private prompts and free entries, stored locally

- Home: a soft landing space that does not shout at you

Privacy by design. Everything stays in your device's local storage. No accounts, no analytics, no data brokers, no email harvesting. Close the app, lose your phone, or wipe the install, and nothing of yours sits on someone else's server.

Built solo by a certified mindfulness teacher, Buteyko breathing instructor, and trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner. Not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Available on Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Microsoft Store, and as a PWA.
