UnoRouter is an open-source, OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway. A single API key reaches 311+ models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Qwen and Mistral, so developers stop maintaining a separate key, bill and SDK for every provider they touch.Automatic failover and smart routing spread requests across healthy providers, so one vendor outage does not take an application down. Because the API is OpenAI-compatible it drops straight into existing code as well as Claude Code, OpenCode, Cline and SillyTavern, making a model switch a string change rather than a rewrite.
The built-in chat is local-first: conversations are stored in the browser and never on our servers, so the privacy claim is auditable rather than promised. The entire stack is public and OSI-licensed. There is a free tier to start with, then pay-as-you-go pricing with credits that never expire and no subscription.
