AI Transfo is a partner-led AI process transformation service that turns one P&L process into client-owned software. It is built for workflows such as insurance claims, client onboarding and quote-to-order. In 30 business days, clients receive a decision pack, executable pre-production MVP, source code, automated tests, operating metrics, a measured Proof of Value and a production plan. AI Transfo maps the real process, finds root causes, assigns work to deterministic rules, AI or people, and builds a controlled improvement loop in which approved fixes become new tests. The software can integrate with Microsoft Foundry and Fabric, uses open source where possible and keeps AI models replaceable. No platform subscription is required.
