Description

One Thing at a Time is a shame-free ADHD planner built around externalized executive function. Normal planners make executive function the entry fee: capture, sort, prioritize, estimate, remember. For many ADHD adults the harder part is surviving the emotional blast of seeing the whole pile at once. This planner keeps the full list - it just stops putting it in your face.

You brain dump everything, Ori (the app's assistant) holds the rest, and the screen shows only today's intention and one next step. You tell Ori when you start, finish, or drift, in plain sentences instead of checkboxes. You also give it two things up front - your north star and your known traps - so it can nudge you before you fall into an old pattern rather than cheerlead a bad plan.

It works like body doubling: something is sitting with you, keeping the rest of the list, and asking what you are doing right now. No streaks, no guilt screens, no productivity scoring.
