Description

Minecraft Connections is a free daily grouping puzzle built entirely out of Minecraft. Each day you are dealt 16 blocks, items and mobs and have to sort them into four hidden groups of four. Every player in the world gets the same board, and a new one goes live at 00:00 UTC.
The categories are never arbitrary — they come from how the game actually works: what a villager claims as a job site, what gives off light, what only spawns in the Nether, what blows up in your face. The catch is that some items genuinely look like they fit two groups at once, and every board is built around those overlaps. You get six mistakes and a "one away" nudge when three of your four are right, and repeat guesses cost you nothing. Each board is machine-checked to admit exactly one valid answer before it reaches you.
The artwork is rendered from the game's own textures, so a block on the board looks like that block — around 900 of them, filtered down to what an average player actually recognises.
Beyond the daily board there is Unlimited for endless practice, a full archive explaining every expired puzzle, and three leaderboards — weekly wins, longest streak and level — where the top three earn honour badges that are yours for good. Today's answers appear nowhere on the site until the puzzle expires, so nothing gets spoiled.
