Gixo Lex is an AI legal drafting workspace built around a simple discipline: capture the facts first, then draft. Before any text is generated, Lex collects the document type, the parties, the commercial terms, the governing law and jurisdiction, any reference files, and your specific instructions. Those become structured inputs rather than a paragraph of prompt text, which is where a lot of AI drafting quietly goes wrong.

From that input Lex produces a structured first pass, and the workspace keeps the captured facts, the reference material, the governing authority, and the draft visible together. The result is a document a lawyer can review efficiently, because the basis for each part of it is still on screen. Lex covers five core workflows out of the box, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements for ongoing service relationships, shareholder agreements defining rights and obligations, employment agreements, and a custom path for any other document you specify.

Lex is deliberately positioned as a drafting aid for counsel review, not as a substitute for legal advice or a system that files or executes anything. On confidentiality, Gixo's security policy states TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, and states that customer content is not used to train Gixo models. Typical users are solo and small-firm lawyers, fractional general counsel, and in-house teams who draft routine agreements often and want a consistent, reviewable starting point.
