Candidates open a single link whenever it suits them and speak with an AI interviewer in Serbian. There is nothing to schedule, no account to create and nothing to install. Every candidate is asked the same questions, so the answers can actually be compared.

The employer gets a ranked list. Each score comes with the reasoning behind it, backed by a direct quote from what the candidate said, along with the full transcript and recording.
