Description

qbofile converts the file formats small business accounting runs on — CSV, Excel, QBO, OFX, QFX, QIF and QuickBooks' IIF — without uploading anything. The conversion runs in your browser, and the page ships a Content Security Policy that blocks it from making any network request at all, so you can watch the Network tab stay empty while your statement is converted.

It exists because QuickBooks Desktop's bank feed only accepts Web Connect (.qbo) files, and most banks hand you a CSV. There is no signup, no file size gate and no watermark on the output.

Every converter is checked against the software that has to read the result — QuickBooks Desktop for .qbo and .iif, GnuCash for .qif and .ofx — not against a spec. When a conversion genuinely cannot carry something, such as a split transaction going into a CSV row, the page lists which transactions were affected instead of quietly flattening them.
