Description

What problem this product solves

Mobile teams get more app store reviews than they can read, in languages nobody on the team speaks. Replying lifts ratings and retention, but doing it by hand across several apps and stores takes an entire morning. AppReply turns that into one queue with rules you set once.

Key features and benefits

AppReply brings reviews from the Apple App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery and RuStore into a single translated feed. Connecting an app takes three clicks, using only view and reply permissions, and teams migrating from AppFollow, ASODesk or AppTweak can reuse their existing credentials.

MAX, the AI reply assistant, drafts answers from your own help docs and approved replies in more than 100 languages. Every automation rule can publish automatically or wait for human approval, and any rule can be previewed against recent reviews before it is switched on.

Analytics groups feedback into topics and compares them across app versions, countries and apps, so teams can see what users want fixed next and open the source reviews behind any finding. Rating drops, review spikes and review bombing are routed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Telegram, and critical reviews can be sent to Zendesk or Intercom as tickets.

What makes it different

Every tool in this category helps you publish replies faster. AppReply is the first to check what you published. Reply Quality grades published replies against a scorecard you write, covering whether the reply answers the complaint, uses the right language and stays inside your product facts. Checks can be marked critical so a polite tone cannot offset a factual error, and brand voice is compared per language against your team's own past writing, catching drift in markets nobody internally can read.

Trusted by teams behind apps and games with 1.7B+ combined downloads. AppReply handles over 100,000 replies a month and more than 1,000 reviews a day per app at peak. Vivaldi went from replying to 10-15% of reviews to over 90%, holding a 4.8 rating.

Customer data is never used to train shared AI models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with GDPR-aligned handling. Built in Oslo, Norway.
