Each lesson is an audio guided exploration done lying down or seated: slow, small movements and close attention that can help your body find easier ways to move. No stretching to your limit, no equipment, and no fitness level needed.The program includes morning and bedtime rituals plus a library of guided lessons for the lower back, hips, neck and shoulders.
