Description
TestDino is where Playwright results go after CI has finished running them. Every run from every branch lands in one dashboard with the trace, screenshots, video, and console logs attached.Playwright's own HTML report works fine for one run on one machine. It gets thin once 400 tests run on every pull request and the same six keep failing for reasons nobody has time to check.
TestDino keeps the history. A test that passed 40 times and then failed twice after a deploy shows up as a regression, not as one more red row to rerun.
Features:
Flaky Test Detection: Each test gets a stability percentage across CI runs, and the cause is tagged as timing, environment, network, or assertion. You fix the worst ones first instead of guessing.
AI Failure Analysis: Each failure is filed as an actual bug, a UI change, an unstable test, or miscellaneous, so the triage step is already done when you open the run.
Error Grouping: Thirty tests that fail on the same missing selector show up as one group with one error message, not thirty separate rows.
Centralized Debugging: The Playwright trace opens in one click, next to the screenshot, video, and console output from that exact run.
Live Results: Tests appear in the dashboard as each one finishes, so you see the first failure before the pipeline ends.
Test Explorer and Analytics: Find slow, failing, and flaky tests across projects, and follow pass rates per branch and per environment over time.
PR Gates: Set a pass rate or flaky threshold and the merge stays blocked until the run clears it. Results show as a check on the pull request.
MCP Server and API: Claude Code or Cursor can query failures and trigger reruns over MCP. A REST API covers everything else.
Test Management: Manual test cases live in the same suite as the automated ones.
Integrations: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and Buildkite on the CI side. Jira, Linear, Asana, Azure DevOps, and monday.com for issues. Slack for alerts.
Setup: Install @testdino/playwright, add one reporter line to the config, and run the suite as usual. Tests are written the same way as before.
Pricing: Available Plans: Free (5,000 test executions/month, 1 user, 1 project), Pro (from $39/month billed annually, 10,000 executions, 3 users), Team (from $79/month billed annually, 40,000 executions, 30 users), and Enterprise (Custom Pricing with SSO, audit logs, and on-premises deployment). Pro and Team come with a 14-day free trial.
