Description

After every family occasion, the photos end up in the same place: the WhatsApp group. Hundreds of compressed forwards from the haldi, the birthday dinner or the anniversary lunch, buried under good-morning messages by the next day. Nobody opens them again.

BingeUs turns those photos and videos into a private streaming-style show that the whole family actually watches. It is built for Indian occasions: birthdays, shaadis, anniversaries, retirements, farewells, godh bharai, graduations and festivals at home.

How it works

1. Pick the occasion. The episodes come ready and named for the day: Roka, Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Pheras, Reception and Vidaai for a wedding; The Bump, Godh Bharai and Naamkaran for a baby. You can rename, add or remove any of them.
2. Add photos and videos from your phone. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, so a big album works on mobile data. Drag them into the order you want.
3. Preview the whole show for free, then premiere it. Send one private link to the family group, or show the QR code on the screen at the party.

What the family sees

A cover poster with your title. A short cinematic intro with your own "presents" credit. A "Who's watching?" screen with faces for Mummy, Chachu, Nani and the cousins. A hero banner that plays a trailer from your videos. Rows of episodes, a Top 10 row of favourite moments, and a stories-style viewer to tap through every photo and video. It opens in any browser on a phone, laptop, tablet or smart TV. There is no app to install and no account to create, which matters when half the audience is over sixty.

Private by default

Shows are shared by link only and hidden from search engines. You can add a password. You can keep editing after you share, and everyone sees the update on the same link, so the late photos from the cousin in Canada still make it in.

Who it is for

Children planning a surprise for a parent's birthday or anniversary, often from another city or country. Cousins collecting wedding photos from ten different phones. Friends planning a milestone birthday. Teams sending off a colleague who is retiring or moving on.

Pricing

Building and previewing a show is free. You pay once per show when you share it. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Current plans are at bingeus.com/pricing.

Watch a full demo without signing up at bingeus.com/demo. BingeUs is built in India by an independent maker.
