Description

Someone has to carry out your final wishes, and with no family nearby it may be a friend who has never been told what you want. This free planner asks short, optional questions about who acts for you, burial or cremation, the service and who pays, then prints them on one sheet for your person plus a wallet card. Anything you skip prints as blank lines to fill in by pen, and each sheet carries the date you made it. The sheet records your wishes; on its own it gives no one the legal say, and the page explains that the rules differ by state and province. Free, no signup.
