hiSalon is a WhatsApp booking assistant for salons, beauty parlours, spas and grooming studios in India. When a client messages the salon's WhatsApp number, hiSalon replies with a tap-to-book menu where they choose a service, stylist, day and time, with no app to install. Only free slots are offered, and holidays and each stylist's day off are skipped, so double bookings can't happen.

Owners manage everything from one dashboard: revenue, visits, no-shows and client ratings, with one-click WhatsApp reminders to reduce no-shows. Walk-in and phone bookings can be added by hand. The salon keeps using its own WhatsApp number, linked by scanning a QR code.
