Arch & Square is a French platform specialising in the international distribution of property listings. We help private owners sell their property in France by making it visible to foreign buyers, across a network of property portals in Europe and beyond.

The principle is straightforward. The owner entrusts us with the distribution of their listing, and we publish it under the Arch & Square name on the major international portals where foreign buyers are genuinely to be found: British, Belgian, Dutch, German, Swiss and other markets besides. The seller retains full control of the sale and deals directly with prospective buyers, with no estate agent involved and no commission on the transaction.

We are not an estate agency. Our business is visibility: giving each property the international reach that a private seller could not achieve alone, by pooling access to portals normally reserved for industry professionals.

Arch & Square is aimed at owners selling privately who wish to reach an international audience, at owners of second homes, and at character properties sought after by foreign buyers.
