Description
EarDub is a browser extension for people who learn from videos in a language they only partly understand: founders following foreign conference talks, students taking courses on Udemy or Coursera, and anyone watching tutorials or interviews on YouTube.Instead of reading subtitles, you press the EarDub button in the video player and hear an AI voice speaking your language, timed to the original speaker. Translation works on whole sentences with the context of the video, so names and technical terms stay consistent through a long talk. You can keep the original audio playing quietly underneath, turn on bilingual subtitles, and choose from 75+ languages and 300+ AI voices.
There is a free plan to try it on real videos. EarDub is built for recorded videos, not live streams.
