PitchHired was born out of the "ghosting" epidemic in the European job market. After months of spending hours tailoring CVs and submitting applications to portals only to hear nothing back, I realized the system was fundamentally broken. Every job seeker was fighting over the same 1% of visibility in the "black hole" of applicant tracking systems.

The breakthrough came when I stopped using portals and started cold-emailing decision-makers directly. That was the only thing that actually got replies and interviews. I built PitchHired to automate that exact manual process—the research, the contact discovery, and the personalization—creating the tool I wished I’d had when I was hunting for my own role. It’s built for job seekers, by someone who was tired of being just another number in a pile of 500 applications.
