Description
Kwip is a Malta courier built for online shops and small businesses. Merchants book a pickup when their parcels are ready, Kwip collects them on demand and delivers next day across Malta and Gozo, from €3.99 excl. VAT per drop.There's no contract, no monthly volume requirement and no minimum number of parcels per collection. Pickup slots are based on real route availability, so shops book a time that suits them instead of working around a fixed daily cutoff. Recipients get delivery windows that narrow as the route firms up, plus WhatsApp updates so they can confirm, reschedule or change the address before the van sets off.
Every parcel is scanned at handover with proof of delivery captured. Merchants are invoiced weekly, cash on delivery collections are settled weekly, and a failed delivery gets two free retries before the parcel comes back to the warehouse.
