ScanPix is the document and catalogue workspace for business. Small and medium businesses capture documents and products with a phone camera, organise them into one searchable workspace, and then act on them.

Every scan is read automatically — text recognition and field extraction turn an invoice into typed, searchable data instead of an image to retype. On the selling side, products become a branded catalogue in one of ten layouts, shared as a link or QR code, with prices shown, hidden, or held on request. The buyer builds an enquiry cart and submits a name and phone; the order lands in the seller's WhatsApp and Orders inbox, and one tap turns it into a branded quotation PDF.

Customers, documents, orders and balances stay linked. Documents can be collected from clients over a request link, e-signed and stamped in-app. Files live in ScanPix cloud storage or the business's own — S3, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. On iOS, Android and web, one account, always in sync.
