Description
Meetingly is an open-source desktop meeting assistant for Windows, macOS and Linux. It combines local transcription, contextual AI answers, suggested questions and post-meeting reports with summaries and action items, without adding a meeting bot to a call.Users can connect a supported OpenAI-compatible provider, run a local Ollama model or choose Meetingly hosted access. Hosted access includes a free allowance and optional paid Pro and Unlimited plans, with plan-specific usage and fair-use limits. Third-party provider charges are separate. Local transcription does not mean that cloud AI requests stay on the device: data handling depends on the selected provider and features.
The desktop project is available under Apache 2.0 at https://github.com/iskandaryv/meetingly-ai. It is developed by AI Prime Tech in Pokhara, Nepal. The listed founding year reflects the company’s formal registration in March 2026.
